The deadline for Green Schools Mini Grant Applications due on Friday, April 13, 2012 is fast approaching! The grant provides funding of $500-$1,000 to a K-12 student group looking to fund an energy efficiency project in their school. In order to qualify for the grant students must have done some kind of energy analysis of your school.
Previous mini-grant recipients have used the funding to to install a heating greenhouse and purchase lighting occupancy sensors, among other projects.
