Pathways Program Graduates 27 New Workers

Eastern Maine Development Corporation honored 27 graduates of its "Pathways" program on April 2, 2012. The Pathways Project gives individuals skills to be applied to the building trades, including specific “green” construction techniques. The modular homes built by The Pathways Project will be sold to qualified individuals and families in Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties in an effort to reduce the number of mobile homes in those counties that were built prior to 1976 and have been identified as lacking in energy efficiency.
